Michael Patrick construction is a great company I’ve had multiple jobs done by then from front door replacement to complete house renovations. They work super clean and do the job right. They play close attention to the small detail which I believe really makes the difference. I would recommend them to anyone.
Highly recommended I have had three projects completed over the last 4 years. First was a basement remodel, second the main bathroom and third a new concrete driveway. The team is fantastic, the pricing is reasonable and I look forward to my next project this summer to remodel the master bathroom.
Great service and great work done by Mike and his team! Would recommend them to anyone!

Problem:
2 properties under same contractor Michael Patrick Construction I paid him for two separate jobs 1. in 27 barret *** 2. In 1315 Frankford Ave PHILADELPHIA 1st project I paid him a total of $22,000 for job completion he ran away after doing maybe 10,000 with of work 2nd project I paid him 30,000 and he ran away after maybe completing $8,000 with of work He lied to me over and over again told me he paid the mason already for the complete work which now I contacted the mason and he was only paid 3500 I paid Michael 140000 to pay the mason which he never did that Now he isn’t answering me for two weeks and when he finally answered me he threatened to come to my home and beat me up if I ever call him again and said he won’t finish any of it Additional Information by Category Construction Disputes I am seeking legal assistance related to a: Private / residential property project I am the:
I also have found out that Michael used money given to him by me he used it to pay other jobs so he is comingilinh funds which is a criminal offense

Hi my name is Michael G and i'm the owner of Michael Patrick Construction LLC. I"m writing this in response to false acquisitions made on or about myself and or company I own. This matter is a slander and lie made up as the *** was completed by my employee Frank who was giving behind my back so to speak checks in the amounts of $8,000. to him personally and the job is 100 percent complete. The owner and or owners *** who is on *** publicly if needed to be questioned and his phone number is *** I can prove all and any false statements in court with my attorney if needed. I have all receipts and sub contractor contracts and 1099 and license paperwork as needed. As for the *** project Michael Patrick Construction LLC is still owed a balance of $9,743. for materials and labor completed already. I'm pursuing legal action against *** for monies owed currently with my business attorneys.

I am rejecting this response because: Michael G is full of lies and did not finish *** I paid Michael G 22,000 to finish *** and he never called or replied so I contacted frank who I had to pay extra to finish that job I want that money paid to frank back
MY BIGGEST CONCERN IS PHILADELPHIA. I paid Michael in full to finish that job and I have all the reciepts and Michael is a con artist and will say whatever he needs to to get out of his problems but never follows through
I would like to take this matter to court and or finialze it
At this point all I ask is that Michael finishes Philadelphia as I paid for it and finished the facade with eastern door solutions where he paid them a deposit to finish this and he never paid the remaining balanace to *** and also need to replace the beam as he put it the wrong beam in the front
if Michael decides to finish Philidelphia beam and store front frame glass facade I will be willing to drop my charges if not I am going to pursue this to the largest extent and request $31,000 that is owed to me
