Telephone response obtained as follows:The company stated that they did start the work on 6/or 6/of 2017.The company stated that they told the consumer they wouldn't know what needs to be done until they get in the walls.The company stated that it was determined that more work would be needed
than what was quoted and the company could not go on without doing the needed work.The company stated they did lose touch with the consumer for about a week or two.The company stated that they did tell the consumer that they will issue her a refund of $400.00The company stated the refund would be issued around the end of the month

truthful about the additional work neededThe company stated they stopped the job and told the consumer to get another opinion and/or hire another company.The company stated the additional work needed had to do with leaking under the floor and that needed to be addressed before continuingThe company stated this was a verbal discussion with the consumer, nothing was written up because the consumer did not state he would agree to have the work done.The company stated the consumer did pay some money toward the project but still owes a balance of roughly $4,
