If a customer cannot take a pet home with them that particular day we will offer to hold it with a non-refundable deposit so that a particular pet does not get sold to someone elseThis puppy was on hold for this customer and could have been sold to other people that dayThe customer signed the contract fully understanding their deposit was non refundable Due to the circumstances we feel this pet may be better suited for another family and as an act of kindness, Pets-N-Pals has refunded the $deposit to this customer

Dear Complain Department, We received the letter regarding [redacted] and her little puppy, " [redacted] "The settlement request was unclear; What is the $for? Our goal is to find healthy puppies loving homesOn May 19, when Ms [redacted] took [redacted] to [redacted] for her complimentary exam, they found an upper respiratory infectionWe gladly paid for the medication for thisAt that time, [redacted] also ran a fecal, which came back negative for everything, including CoccidiaWhen a puppy changes enviroment, they can get stressed and the immune system can become weekenedAs a result of a weakened immune syatem, puppies are more susseptable to having a loose stool and some parasitic infections, such as Coccidia which are not normally covered under our warranty Coccidia is not a diseaseCoccidia is a parasite that is commonly found in the intestinal tracts of puppies and dogs The day after [redacted] left our store, she had a clean fecal test In an effort of good will, we also paid for her [redacted] bill of $and the Dr said the puppy was healthy at that time They ran tests which we incurred the expense for that were all negativeMost recently, we spoke to [redacted] , at the [redacted] She said that the puppy was and healthy and a healthy weight [redacted] mentioned that the puppy might be sensitive to vaccines [redacted] got a vaccine on May 21stOn May 22nd, [redacted] had loose stool and was vomiting.(went to [redacted] ) On June 13TH, [redacted] received a booster shotdays later, [redacted] was seen again for vomiting and a loose stoolIm sure Ms [redacted] is a very conscientious dog mom and has the best intentions for [redacted] at heart, but its apparent that we have a healthy puppy that may be sensitive to vaccines and /or environmental changeI will attach a copy of our contract that Ms [redacted] signedHere, you will see how we have gone above and beyond to try to please Ms [redacted] and paid for many unnecessary tests at our expense The situation with her mother and brother was this: They came in and the mother was demanding a refund and claimed that the dog had Parvo, a deadly highly contagious disease; The puppy did not have parvo THe mother was very loud and did not conduct herself with any self control and was expressing untrue informationWe did not want our customers to get upset so we asked her to leaveWe still have of little [redacted] 's sibling in the store and they are, and always have been, very healthy puppiesIt was a litter of 7, and everyone else that adoped them said they are healthy and happy with no prolems

Dear Revdex.com, Ms [redacted] boyfriend Mr [redacted] (now Ex), purchased a Miniature Australian Shepherd, [redacted] from Pets-N-Pals on May 21, The agreement was soley in Mr [redacted] ’s nameThe night of purchase, Ms [redacted] messaged [redacted] our general manager on facebook saying he was having a seizure [redacted] showed the symptoms of a hypoglycemic attack (common is small breeds when they have a change of environment and don’t eat enough to maintain blood sugar)After guidance from [redacted] the puppy stabilized and Ms [redacted] said he was running around and acting normalWe had multile correspondence to ensure [redacted] was transitioning wellMs [redacted] had no concernsOn June 3, Ms [redacted] visited Pets-N-Pals with [redacted] and did a video testimonial about how much she loves Pets-N-Pals, the staff and [redacted] Everything seemed to be just fine and Ms [redacted] was very happy On January 27, eight months later, Ms [redacted] posted a video of [redacted] on facebook and said how displeased she was with [redacted] ’s healthMy wife [redacted] called Ms [redacted] that night and left her a message to please return her call because we were concerned about [redacted] Ms [redacted] did not return her callOn February 4, Ms [redacted] posted another video on Facebook of [redacted] having a seizure and at the end she feeds him a chocolate doughnut which can be very dangerous for dogs to eatMy wife reached out to Ms [redacted] again, this time sending her a message on Facebook Messenger to acknowledge the situation at handThe next day, my wife called the breeder and got reassurance from him that his puppies and the parents have not had any seizures that he is aware of, this way we were attempting to eliminate the likelihood of congenital defectsOn February 5, Ms [redacted] and my wife held a phone conversation to discuss [redacted] During this conversation, Ms [redacted] claimed that [redacted] had seizures regularly for the last few months and acknowledged that she had not tried to make Pets-N-Pals aware of the situation and had never taken him to the vet regarding this matterThis puppy had been vet checked before he came into our store (clean bill of health) and the purchaser was also given a free exam to a local veterinary clinic when they purchased the puppyMs [redacted] stated that she would be willing to take down the Facebook video in exchange for a full refundMy wife advised Ms [redacted] that we could not structure it as a refund because she was not the PURCHASER of the dog and any refund would have to go to the original purchaser in the situation that he was eligible for a refund and its is months past the expiration of the waranteeOut of an act of kindness and concern for [redacted] , my wife offered to pay for any Vet bills up to the original purchase price of $2,295, therefore were not creating any conflict with the purchaser Mr [redacted] We felt this way we could also ensure that [redacted] did actually get the medical attention that he deserves as he had not at this point gotten anyMeanwhile the animal rights activists are spreading the video, one group was intentionally posting it every hours so that it would get the most tractionOn February 9, Pets-N-Pals paid $vet bill directly to [redacted] This bill was for blood-work testing and a physical exam of [redacted] Ms [redacted] posted on Facebook that the blood work came back and the vet was unsure of what was causing the seizuresTwo days after we had paid her vet bill Ms [redacted] posted yet another video of [redacted] having a seizure and publicly claimed that she wanted a $2,refund (for a dog she did not pay for) and did NOT even acknowledge that Pets-N-Pals was actively helpingShe is now very active in an animal rights group and her sole purpose is to tarnish our reputation with the full intention of putting us out of businessI will still stand behind my original offer of reimbursing vet bills for a dog she didn’t purchase but I can not continue to do so while my businesses reputation is being slandered [redacted] the purchaser of [redacted] reached out to me and said that he did NOT approve of her getting a refund for a dog that she did not purchaseThis small business is my livelihood and I am being falsely represented by Ms [redacted] When dealing with living creatures sometimes unfortunate things arise as life is not perfectIn my years in this business I can honestly say for every one rare issue like this we have 100’s and 100’s of happy customers with very healthy puppiesThank you for your time and please let me know when we could speak in personSincerely, Chris Foschini
