Review: My Ex husband [redacted] and I had to still file our taxes together court order, We each had to go in to sign when taxes where filed by [redacted] S [redacted]. [redacted] and [redacted] have an outside relationship and the year before we filed together we had no issues that we knew of. [redacted] tried to convince me to sign the taxes for the whole return to go to [redacted]s personal bank account, I told [redacted] that it was court ordered that the taxes where to be split 50/50 and sent to [redacted]'s Lawyers Trust account. I also supplied [redacted] with the court order papers, He told me he would send it to [redacted]s lawyer [redacted]. As court proceedings continued, the court commissioner would ask if taxes where split, I had not seen them. For 5 months of continuing to contact [redacted] inregards to our taxes, He would ignore and never return calls. [redacted] told the courts that [redacted] switched numbers around to give [redacted] most of the taxes, the court ordered again to have it split 50/50. I recently contacted [redacted], he stated he would have it done the next day, and He still has not, [redacted]s lawyer said he has not been contacted by [redacted], and does not know why the taxes havent been put in his trust account to divide it 50/50. I feel as I need to report [redacted] as its been a continuing issue for months, I looked him up on CCAPS and he has alot of cases againts him! Please help, I will have to file another contempt of order if he does Not comply with the court! I also want to protect others from going through issues with [redacted] S [redacted]!! This was suppose to be completed 5 months ago, and each contact with [redacted] he would say hed do it that day and it would be done the following day and for me not to contact him again, but He hasn't complyed and this is why I have contacted the Revdex.com

Review: [redacted] Filed our taxes for us, however my husband and I were going through and divorce and since he was a mutual friend of my ex husband [redacted], He did illegal things, he made me pay the filing fee and tricked me into sighing to have taxes all sent to [redacted] even after I asked if it was going to our lawyers trust account, for a year now I have been calling him and trying to get him to cooperate, the laywer is involved as it was court order for it to be split 50/50. The lawyer found out that [redacted] never actually filed the taxes and has to re-do it all. I am making this report as I have heard from numerous people after sharing my experience with [redacted] that I am NOT the only one. I looked him up and CCAPS and cant believe the amount of complaints and cases he has on him! my concern is he will continue to take advantage of people. He has caused alot of issues and was VERY rude on the phone every time he finally would call and he requested I not call or make reports on him. He was very threatening and I am in shock how terrible he was!!!!Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is that [redacted] refunds me the full amount of $232 for the service fee of him, I expect this as He has not done the job and I had to have a lawyer re do our taxes. with the ongoing year of trying to recieve calls and resolution back from Him, I should NOT have to pay the service fee of such Poor and Decietful service of [redacted]!
