Technician diagnosed the problem with our vacuum system incorrectlyParts ordered were estimated to be available in two days then date kept getting pushed back to two weeks then three weeks or moreTerrible customer service and communication was always with someone differentLost confidence so thankfully had another company come out, and they found the real problem ordered parts which came in before anything Swift estimatedWe cancelled service with Swift, but kept getting email notifications so as a courtesy I responded saying “No, please cancel.” I got the most rude response from Travis saying they would never service my residence again and threatening legal action if I responded to his email againSomewhat hypocritical when they actually initiated email communication
I called Swift Electric and got the one in Sealy, TXto repair my refrigerator The tech came out and told us to unplug the fridgeI did as instructed and no resultI called them a second time, told them what the problem was and they said my warranty provider need further paperworkI submitted all paperwork as requested and did as instructedThe tech came back out and said I need a evaporator fan and he would order it They told my wife that the fan would be in 7-19-I did not hear from them by the end of the day so I calledI was told the fan was not ordered and also experienced a very incompetent and unprofessional conversation I threatened with legal representation and was told they could not do business with meI find this totally absurd as I am the consumer and have been waiting over two weeks to have my refrigerator repairedI threatened them to give them bad reviews, which I am doing, and in response I received a email from them stating that this is harassment and they are turning it over to the local law authorities I would highly recommend to take your business elsewhere as this place is a joke! They obviously don't do as they say nor believe in customer satisfaction!
