I am very pleased with my telephone contact and in person contact with Michael & Son Raleigh in order to purchase and to install a new Trane heat pump this week First, the online form that I completed yielded a call that evening from a very cheerful, friendly, and accommodating male whose name I cannot recall But, he set the tone and assured me of being comfortable with a second experience with this company Then, [redacted] the Comfort Specialist, continued my trust in contracting with Michael & Son Raleigh, given that I made my decision at the conclusion of his visit to my home That next day, [redacted] the lead installer, and his partner, [redacted] spent all day at my house to install expertly and competently my new heat pump outdoors and the equipment needed in the attic Their work in cutting through sheet rock in my ceiling was neat, clean, and efficient I especially appreciate their decision about location of that ceiling vent The next day, [redacted] returned to my home briefly to place the grill over the ceiling outlet He gave me his cell phone number at that time, in case I needed further assistance with my new thermostat The City of Raleigh inspectors quickly approved their work later in the week, after persistent, friendly assistance from [redacted] who handles permits and quality control I now await confirmation of warranty registration as being monitored by [redacted] in the Trane's Michigan location Overall, Michael & Son Raleigh, though expensive, proves that you get what you pay for Thank you (Saturday XX-X-XX) [redacted] , Comfort Specialist with Michael and Son Raleigh, visited my home on October 3, 2016, to discuss his company's comparative services and costs, as I had requested online (followed by a phone conversation with a very impressive agent) the previous day Mr [redacted] is a credit to Michael and Son Raleigh for several reasons, among them his businesslike but personable manner, his straightforward way of balancing his company's quality work and superior warranty with his frank admission that Michael and Son is not going to be the most inexpensive He also did not criticize the company whose quotes I had available for comparison That restraint was an act of professionalism and honesty, in my opinion I also felt quite comfortable being alone with him at home, as I also did once the two very polite, competent, and friendly Service Pros ( [redacted] Tand [redacted] S.) came to my house the next day where they spent the full day installing my new Trane heat pump and performing other tasks Later that week, [redacted] Uscheduled my City of Raleigh inspections by the electrical and mechanical inspectors in a manner and with a persistence that resulted in a prompt and successful inspection I now await warranty registration, as being monitored by [redacted] (Michael and Son Michigan) Without Mr [redacted] 's competent, businesslike, honest manner, I never would have chosen to make my purchasing decision during his visit Besides, how could anyone with two educators as friends be a bad person? I had a plumbing/electrical emergency and Michael & Son was able to have someone at my house within 1-1/hours of my call When the problem was diagnosed, the plumbing technician who actually did the work stayed until it was completed - after midnight Very professional and I would say above and beyond good service
*** from Michael & Son arrived at my house after lunch to work on an emergency repair that turned out to be a hot water heater replacement project He explained all that was required and answered my questions thoroughly before proceeding The installation took until after midnight that evening, but Glenn stayed with it until it was complete in order that I'd have hot water in the morning Great dedication and professionalism

I had a hot water valve broken underneath my sink, and after calling a few providers, decided for Michael & Son. Not only their service calls was within my means, but also the plumber sent was amicable and knowledgeable. When the plumber didn't have all the parts, he volunteered to return whenever it was convenient for me, not his schedule. He showed at the agreed time and fixed both the hot and cold water valves, thus saving me money and not wasting my name nor his. I appreciate the extra effort and will definitely use this company services in the near future, like the furnace tune up this fall.
