Enting Water Conditioning was the second company I checked with, and am I glad I did There was no high pressure sales, and Mark F., the rep., showed me exactly what I needed for my residence, size-wise The cost for the new softener, taking out and away my old softener, and installation, was so very reasonableThe installers were on time, courteous, and gave thorough instructions while answering my questions I will ALWAYS recommend this company My conditioner works so well, and to top it off, I received a "Thank you" card from them Actually, they deserve the greatest thanks for being a total customer service business....the old fashioned way Thank you, Enting
Unfortunate that I chose Blalock to replace major portions of my concrete driveway. The new concrete came NOwhere near to matching the color of the rest, and within a month it developed three cracks that kept growing. It took a few calls to get them to fix it and they merely sawed out pie-shaped areas and replaced them - like a jigsaw puzzle.
There were also about twenty 2" circular flaws where chips of concrete detached from the surface. They wouldn't help.
Now it's autumn and the falling leaves are leaving VERY dark stains all over - but only on the parts they replaced. What kind of 10th-rate material did they use?
Finally, it might be standard operating procedure not to control dust when jackhammering and sawing my old concrete but they sent clouds of dust all over the neighborhood. My neighbors weren't happy.
