Review: I purchased a New Home in 2007 from MTR, since the purchase, we have experienced numerous problems with the plumbing in the home, and to date, we have paid numerous out of pocket expenses to have the problems corrected. MTR, and it's owner [redacted] Rose will NOT return our calls, or reply to our letters. Recently, we received info from a plumbing company, that the water heaters in the home were INSTALLED INCORRECTLY, and may very we'll continue to cause problems leading up to more flooding

Inside our home. We need the plumbing corrected immediately. Our next recourse will be to file a Civil Suit against MTRDesired Settlement: Remove THE DEFECTIVE PLUMBING, AND CORRECTLY install new plumbing, and hot water heaters.
