On September 18th, 2015, I entered into an oral agreement with [redacted] to Stucco the house. On the morning of September 19th, Mr. [redacted] began to remove the exterior on the front of the house. Following the removal of the front of the house, Mr. [redacted] requested payment of $3500.00 for the removal and down payment for continued work on exterior of the house. Mr. [redacted], supplied myself with a receipt for the above price as a down payment on the work to be completed. As days and weeks went by, Mr. [redacted] did not return back to the house for completion of the oral agreement. I phoned Mr. [redacted] several times at the number of his residence. Mr. [redacted]'s number was that of a [redacted] business, saying she has not spoken of seen him since September 19th. Mr. [redacted] did not contact myself at anytime during the period of the agreement to explain. Therefore, I am claiming the sum of $3500.00 as refund for work which was never completed on the house.I made several attempts to contact Mr. [redacted], but was unsuccessfully. We still have nothing on the front of our house.Desired SettlementWe would like a full refund for not completing the stucco work on our house.
