Review: The refund policy was not explained to me when I purchased the item. I was unaware of the restricted return policy. I do not recall seeing any posting in the store. I was never told that if I returned an item with a receipt after 60 days I would not receive a refund of the price I paid. I went to return an item on 7-1 that was purchased on 4-28. The item is in its original packaging. the sales clerk and store manager wanted to give me a store credit for less than what I paid when I have proof of my payment.Desired Settlement: A refund on my credit card or a store credit for the amount I paid as listed on the receipt.
