Date: Sun, Dec 3, at 8:PMSubject: To: "[email protected]" Hello, my is [redacted] and I filed a complaint last week on 11/28/against AP FairfaxI called already to take it down but the operator told me that I had to send an email to let you know that my problem has been solveBut it cannot be taken downMy Complaint ID is: [redacted] I want to dropped because I talked to one of the dealership sales person at AP Fairfax and they offer to trade my car for one that will have a clean tittleThey say that it had nothing to do with discrimination towards my person, it was just something that I have to make sure that I have to read the papers before I sign themI don't agree 100% with them but I think it is nice that they offer to trade the car at leastI will appreciate if my complaint can be taken downThank you and I appreciate the helpSincerely, [redacted]

Our dealership already offerred to purchase the vehicle back from this customer Unlike *** (who did not visually find damage), we value the repurchase as a vehicle with no frame damage She took the vehicle for pre-purchase inspection and her mechanic even gave his consent to
purchase When accused, we asked to see proof of frame damage and she says body shop could not find frame damage- only paintwork, which is not uncommon for a used car We have taken every responsible measure to appease this customer despite her negative comments that slander our dealership and business ethics

We contacted the individual They filed complaint under wrong business It's supposed to be for A Plus Motors in Leesburg, VA Please remove this complaint from our record

We called our customer to resolve the issueLeft a voicemail and have not heard back
