Asper green mint I was to apply two coats on the walls and I did so the customer looked over the work and paid me however some spots may have shown bleed through on the walls but it was not my fault some walls may take more than two coats to cover depending on what color you going over
and the paint that we were given to paint the walls with that the customer had provided was ice cold because she left the five gallon bucket in the house a freezing house because they left the heat off in the vacant house for days and days in the paint was ice cold I had to try to let that thought out because it was almost like painting a real cold paint going against the walls that has a lot to do with that also but I did do my job the best as I could and the customer looked over the work and pay the money. you know it's a shame running a small company customers seem at times that they like to take advantage and that's not right I want to be fair as I can I paint it rooms walls only $which I think was more than reasonable and more than fair

It's a *** shame for somebody to try to ruin somebody's reputation I've been in business for years I don't play games I don't play with customers money I mention to the customer that the paint was cold it was very cold in that house and the customer insisted that the paint was okay we did what we could with the paint the customer seen the job when we were finished the customer agreed that everything looked fine as far as anyone going and paying somebody to clean floors I don't see how someone would have to pay somebody to clean floors is latex paint water-based that paint will wipe off of the floor why would you have to pay someone to clean the floor if their spots on the floor with a rag and water it will come up if that was the case I'm not sure if that was the case I'm just going off of what the customer said days later but regardless I'm a businessman you know I'm a businessman because you find me at my place of business I'm not out to rob people I work for my money look at my reviews it speaks for itself I don't need a mouthpiece the question that I'm asking is who is this customer what does she have the game why is she doing this to me we did all that painting for only $and I thought it looked good and evidently she thought it looked good or I would not have gotten paid if there was anything that needs to be cleaned up I would not have had a problem with cleaning up but I'm not going to be taken advantage of because of being a small company

I had already spoken with the Revdex.com about this situation and I do have before and after pictures before and after the work was completed with the times that the picture was taken this customer *** *** had already received a refund through *** she is not receiving anything from me because I did the work the work was complete and I have pictures to prove so and whatever pictures that she has taken if any at all make sure you all look at what time she took the pictures and what day because anybody can go back and do anything to those walls after I leave this lady is very unfair and that's not right and she's trying to take advantage of a small company

I am rejecting this response because: I gave him the money upfront and wasn't there while the work was being doneHe wanted to finish the job that day and asked if they could stay late and paintI was OK with thatWhen I came back the next day that's when I seen all of the missed spots on the wall and the paint all over the floor*** said that he would correct any issues and he did not do thatHe is a hustler and a con artistAt the time he gave me my receipt I wondered why he wrote $twiceBut now I see from his response that he wants it to appear that I paid him the rest of the money after I saw the finished productOn top of that he did not use drop clothes and there was paint all over the hardwood floors that would not come upI had to pay to have my floors done as well as hire a painter to come and finish the job that *** messed up

I am rejecting this response because:BUYER BE WARE!!! I wish I had checked Revdex.com before hiring himHe has complaints and comments, how he has an A rating I don't knowBut save yourself from this NON PROFESSIONAL PAINTER!It cost me much more to have my hard wood floors done to remove all the paint he spilled on the floor and I had to hire someone to come in and repaint areas that he missed like the lower part of the wall the corners, the upper parts of the wall, behind doorsI would have saved if I hired a PROFESSIONAL PAINTER AND NOT THIS GUY WHO MAKES CLAIMS AND DOESN'T STAND BEHIND HIS WORK! Read the other complaints on him and you will see a patternJust think of how many people what didn't bother to contact Revdex.com, I guarantee there are many others out there

I feel the customer is trying to sabotage my workI completed the work and was paid the balance and they were satisfiedI also while there I did touch up work the customer pointed outI was more than fair on the price for the work performed

Michael and his team completed maintenance work I needed done on the outside of our home - cleaning out gutters, installing gutter guards, and touch up painting along fascia boards Michael stayed in constant contact the entire time - from providing the quote, scheduling the work date, and even letting me know he was keeping an eye on the forecast and would reschedule as soon as possible if weather did not permit them to work safely
On the day of scheduled work, Michael texted to confirm start time and arrived on time Michael's Work is a team of courteous professionals who get the job done as promised without leaving behind a mess, all at a reasonable, affordable rate We definitely plan to use Michael's Work in the future

He did not complete the job I have several
pictures to prove the same He did not tell the truth to your company I never signed that the work was complete Please advise if you'd like pictures I had to hire another company to correct his mistakes and finish the job *** ***

I have a witness which is a Realtor from Keller Williams who can't attest to the shady work that was done by ***She came the day after he painted*** stated I wasn't the only complaint about *** taking MORE money from customers after he got to the jobAlso he was hours late when he was supposed to be there by The dates are on all my pictures of the DAY he did the jobAnd before pictures that my realtor took for their website to post my house on the marketI had to hire other people to come repair the horrible work that *** and his worker didAnd try to remove the drips on the molding and corners of the walls

I spoke to the consumer and scheduled to complete the work on Friday July 14,

If there's work that I should have done I will make sure that it's done I have no problem with that

I set before and after pictures for the complaint for Diane Taylor the before pictures are where the walls are brown the after pictures are where the walls are an off-white
