I purchased two frames on 3/28/20. To-date the company still will not let me return these unopened frames. I have tried in person and on line.
I purchased two Black Belmont Frames on 3/28/20. Item #XXXXXXXX. Due to store closure, the frames were ordered on-line. Upon receipt, I discovered I had order the wrong size. Since that time I have tried both in person in 3 different stores and on-line to return the frames. To-date the company still will not let me return these unopened frames. No one has responded to my on-line request and in-person they just say corporate will not let them process returns or exchanges. I would like a full refund $47.96 + sales tax.
I now would like a full refund. When I went to the Trusville store, they had me drive across town to the 280 store. They told me they were no doing refunds, but that store would process the refund. However, when I arrived at that store, they too would not process the refund. The stores are open, the registers are open, clerks are working, so I really don't understand, why they are not providing refunds and exchanges. This practice is totally unacceptable. When I purchased the frames there was nothing indicating no refunds or exchanges. I have physically went to 3 different stores and all three indicated it was corporate policy that they not process any refunds or exchanges. They suggested that I call corporate office. I have attempted to contact the corporate office by phone and by e-mail. I can never get through to a customer service representative. They have not sent me any refund paperwork as requested or will even acknowledge my request. Needless to say, I am very frustrated with this company. If there is anything your agency can do to assist me with obtaining a refund, I would greatly appreciate the assistance.
