Review: Was not satisfied with purchased bicycle. I purchased bicycle on 6/27/15 the following I went for a small ride and I noticed a clicking form the bicycle. On 6/29/15 I went for another ride and the clicking continued I realized something was wrong because it is not my first bicycle purchase. On 6/30/15 I took it in to notify them about the clicking and get it fixed and was told to drop I off and pick it up later that afternoon and was told everything would be repaired. I picked it up and took it for a ride the next day and the clicking still continued. I came into the store 7/3/15 to return the item and at that time I mentioned return I was told verbally I could not return it they did not show me any return policy they just said no returns. Receipt does not have a return policy printed on it, and at the moment of purchase I was never told I could not return it. For a solution I offered to purchase a new bicycle from them and they quoted me $4,600 when a week before they had quoted me over the phone on that same bicycle for $3,700, so that just tells me that they just bumped up the price so I wont purchase a new one and keep the defected one.Desired Settlement: Would like to return bicycle purchased because I am not satisfied with it and would like a full refund not store credit or exchange.
