I had never been in an accident or had to make a claim with my insurance before, and they helped me every step of the way. They advised me on how to proceed, dealt with the insurance adjuster so I wouldn't have to, put me in a rental car, got my repairs done in a timely manner, and returned the car to me washed, vacuumed, and good as new!
