We believe there was a miscommunication in this matter. We have had so much rain and flooding in our area that the state government declared a...
state of emergency. Because of this, there was a delay in our response time, as it is very dangerous to be on a roof when it is wet. We came out to the property, fixed what we believed was the problem, and now we are waiting for another rain to see if the leak is resolved. If not, we will be out again.
