On 9/11/16 Customer sent this email copy & pasted " How much extra would you charge to tear my pld kitchen floor up and possibly replace subfloor I am afraid that there is water damage to the subfloor under the refrigerator ehere is had leaked in the past. Our original plan was to fix... the buckled flooring and lay the new floor over top of the old flooring. I hust dont wnt the old floor to cause the new floor to buckle, could ot do that if the subfloor is damaged?" . When the installers started working the customer requested that they go ahead a remove the old floor. Any reasonable person would expect additional charges for additional work. Customer was only charged 3 hours at 85.00 for a total of 255.00. As far as the steps are concerned the original stair nose did not fix correctly. Michaels promptly ordered the correct matching stair nose and it install as soon as it arrived in our warehouse customer floor and steps look absolutely fabulous. July 19th customer sent this message copy & paste "Hi, When will this be due?It seems like a bit much to take up peel and stick tiles and the plywood under them. The subfloor wasnt replaced. And they didnt have too haul the old floor off I could've done that our selves I didn't know they did were hauling it off. How much was it to take up the floor and how uch was it to haul it off, do you know the seperate prices? Thank you, kelly [redacted] The floor looks great by the way! Thanks."
