wrong in that she first asked us if she could buy the sofa alone, but we could not as she needed the $down to purchase both the dinette and the sofa as their credit did not rate a small down paymentThey would have needed $down to purchase them separately and they only had $so ** *** agreed, as shown in the attachment to cosign on the agreement as wellTheir first missed payment was on 2/10/17.On 3/4/we received a complaint about the middle springs on the sofa sinking inWe went to inspect the sofa on 3/6/and found that the springs seemed loose on the left side facing and middle of the sofaWe picked up the sofa on 4/17/and returned it on a Saturday many weeks later because the customer would not return our calls and messagesOn 4/17/when we picked up the sofa ** *** forced our delivery men to take a chair without our knowledgeWhen they came back in and dropped it off, we saw that we had to order a part which can take a while to come inWhen we returned the sofa many weeks later, because on ** ***'s lack of response to our calls, she forced our men to take the entire dinette back( not our store policy )and said that she paid for the sofa and didn't want the dinette anymoreWe have the dinette in the store waiting to send back to ** *** but she will not let us deliver it.
