I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWe have been waiting almost a year to have this work done Since I contacted you and you contacted them they had the landscaper put in a drainHe did not come and finish until today The day he put the drain in it didn't work He did do something else today but we will have to wait till we get another heavy rain to see if the problem is resolved Are yard needed to be regrarded which they did not do but we will have to see about this drain and how its going to work Will let you know if that's ok Thank You [redacted] Will try to send you photos Regards,

It has been our plan to address this issue this spring. The weather has not cooperated so it has taken longer than intended. We met with the homeowner on Tuesday June 13th and informed them of ourplans. The work is currently under way and we are working around the weather to complete the job. Thank...
