THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A BUSINESS! KEPT MY MOTORCYCLE AND MY $500 DEPOSIT FOR OVER TWO MONTHS WITH NO COMMUNICATION/CALLS ABOUT STATUS ETC. I HAD TO CALL AND GO THERE MYSELF AT LEAST SIX TIMES, RECEIVING THE SAME EXCUSES, "THE PARTS ARE BACK ORDERED!" FINALLY, AFTER TWO MONTHS, I DEMANDED MY MONEY AND MY MOTORCYCLE BACK BY THE END OF THE DAY AND I RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THE PARTS ARE IN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!
I took my motorcycle to Michael's Motorcycle works in Woodland Park.
We agreed the cost would be $6000 ($3700 paid in advance) to have my Cylinder bored, Cam changed, and head work done. This was supposed to take 1 month. After 5 months of excuses and him demanding more money to get my motorcycle back I involved the Woodland Park police department, Twice!! They informed me that others had the same experience.
After receiving my motorcycle at a total cost of $8900, and 8 months later he would not return to me my original parts, he would not supply me the Dyno key which I also paid for as part of the $650 tuneup, my check engine light would not turn off , it would not keep up with traffic, and it was leaking oil from the side of the engine.
Took motorcycle to Pueblo Harley $870 to have his work fixed and was informed that the cam had not been replaced, and the new gears for the cam that I was also charged for had also not been replaced.
there is more but text limited.
