I had a great experience with my Hot Water Installation! My technician John M[redacted] was awesome...very thorough and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Total ripoff! Overly priced toilet leak repair and they even used a part that I had already purchased myself. I was told it was $54 for the service call, then the job would be assessed and they'd give me a quote. That didn't happen. Charged $287 for a 10 minute job with parts I already had. Definitely would not recommend.

this is a revision of a review I entered on May 6, 2016. In all fairness I want to state that the job was completed professionally and very quickly. He arrived punctually and was very professional. The price for the job was still very high.

John M. was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and a credit to Michaels. He addressed the problem and provided expert advice on solutions and options. Would definitely recommend him and Michaels for resolving plumbing issues.
