To Whom it may concern, Hello, we were looking to resolve this Complain issued by a Mr. [redacted] Complaint Number # [redacted] . We apologize for the misunderstanding of the use of our Gift Certificates but we are a small business and do not issue [redacted] / [redacted] like...
Gift Certificates like big box stores do and rather issue paper Gift Certificate to our customers. Due to that there really is no way of verifying if a Gift Certificate sent to Florida is actually not a stolen Certificate since we have nothing to visually match the certificate. This is a first for us, to be asked to use a long distance Gift Certificate so I am not surprised that a young cashier would respond stating we can't accept the certificate over the phone but we will honor Mr. [redacted] Gift Certificate for him. We apologize for not having this resolved right over the phone instead. We wish you would have asked for an owner so that it could be resolved at that given moment. To Mr. [redacted] please accept our apologies and misunderstanding to our original reasoning through your phone conversation, and maybe if this is going to be a common Gift Certificate Purchase maybe we can suggest you mail a copy, fax or email a copy of the gift certificate so that we can at least match and keep in our files. Please feel free to call us to place an order and I will notify cashiers of the situation so that when you call they are aware. Thank You,[redacted]President[redacted]
