Michael's Sealcoating

Review: Dear Sir, I am running a motel business in San Luis Obispo, under the name of homestead motel.in month of august 2013, I made ideal with Michael Whitford. (Owner of Michael’s seal coating), to sealcoat the parking lot of homestead motel (whole parking lot, single coating), $ 1000.00 when finish job.as a part of agreement, I gave him $ 550.00 as advance money, by chaque, cheque no.4131, from Bank of America, SLO branch.ca-93405. He cash out the cheque. But after that, ho took money, but never came back to do work, &finish job. I call him so many times, just giving me hope, but not doing job. Now he is not answering my phone also.so now I want my money $ 550.00 back which I gave him as advance.so please do something for in this matter, & solve my problem.Desired Settlement: I want my money back right away. I want cheque of $ 550.00 under the name of homestead motel right away. Or he can come; finish my job in seven (7) day.
