Review: Took a high end Panasonic Plasma TV in for repairs. They used poor judgement in cleaning the screen and may have damaged it. When I contacted business owner on phone he became indignate telling me that's the way he does it, offering no resolution. 4 days later the TV started shutting down again and has what appears to be spray residue inside the glass screen. I have sent hime a letter detailing the above but I doubt I will hear from him.Desired Settlement: Would like at least 1/2 of the $186 paid returned. Would also like to have him admonished for his attitude with me. Very poor customer service.
