and settle for a lesser amount than she owed being that she would pay it off in cash so quickly. Per her request we did and settled for said lesser amount. At time of rework we issued new purchase order which customer agreed to. I've enclosed a copy of new purchase order, you will note no taxes were collected and it is signed by her acknowledging the terms. It is the lots position that it is the customer's responsibility to process vehicle as no taxes were collected. We do not promise anything outside of what we put in writing in contract. I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
When speaking with Marie on June 28th.  She specifically stated that they would still process all the tags, title, and fees since Chris didn't state other wise.  The $[redacted] payoff amount was for the interest not charged at the **% interest rate.  I have 2 witness that will testify that Marie said they WOULD still go to [redacted] for me.  Chris wasn't there when I paid off the car and neither was anyone else in the office.  All the paper work they gave me when I left has no signatures on it.
