I talked to [redacted] who did the home item list with my insurance company American FamilyShe transferred me to [redacted] son of [redacted] [redacted] said that his father retired and that the company that did the work is Multi-State Fire RestorationI told him about the same problems were still occuring and how [redacted] stopped answering my calls in [redacted] replied that he doesn't believe that [redacted] will do that so he is going to call him and give him my informationI hope this is all true because I signed all insurance checks with [redacted] and seek house contents to his I think Secretary [redacted] who still works there nowFor the moment I will except [redacted] 's word about Multi-State and make the complaint against them!

I talked to [redacted] who did the home item list with my insurance company American Family. I told him about the same problems were still occuring and how [redacted] stopped answering my calls in 2013. [redacted] replied that he doesn't believe that [redacted] will do that so he is going to call him and give him my information. I hope this is all true because I signed all insurance checks with [redacted] and seek house contents to his I think Secretary [redacted] who still works there now. For the moment I will except [redacted]'s word about Multi-State and make the complaint against them!
