the time to respond to a complaint from *** *** ***First our apologies to *** *** that he was not 100% happy with his experience with usWe do feel we where not only fare with *** *** but also went above and beyond original agreement to make sure he was satisfied*** ***'s property upon our arrival was very overgrown and filled with various forms of debrisA very old and quite large jacuzzi was on his rotted deck and per original agreement was to be moved by *** *** and his family. The debris in the yard we cleared , removed and disposed of as per our agreement with ownerThe jacuzzi had to be removed by my subcontractor as *** failed to remove it before we started the job and failed to honor this part of contractWe moved the jacuzzi of considerable size several times at no cost to *** ***. The property is well over years old and poorly maintained. *** *** is a very young gentleman and probably new to home ownership and maintenance. The siding he speaks of is old and rotting as where the guttersTho it was not our company's fault that his gutters where falling of the house or the old rotted wood siding was chipped and in ill repair we did take it upon ourselves to try and fix these concerns for himTho neither the gutters or siding where part of our contract.The complaint and deduction of money for the said damaged raft we find a bit shocking as the raft was deflated as well as unkept and thrown under the deck of his home. The granite curbing was very old and covered in old concrete so when removed it was brittle, the town was not interested in this particular curbing because of its condition. As far as timing of job being done there where several conditions that extended our job timeOne being weatherseveral rainy days pushed the date as well as there where points where we had to wait an extended amount of time for *** *** to get back to us with decisions. As far as losing my temper I will apologize again as I already haveIt can be a bit daunting when you truly feel your company went above and beyond for a customer and they decide at the completion of the job not to honor agreed amount for work performedMy wife Rebecca always had a good repor with *** *** and was quite disappointed and surprised to hear that *** *** felt she was unprofessional in any wayWe had many nice conversations with his tenants as well as neighbors who would pass byOur demeanor on our jobs is something we pride ourselves in and we always try and maintain An easy going professional relationship with customers as well as surrounding neighbors. Again, we apologize that *** *** was not 100% happy and wish him the best with his continued improvements on his home

I have spoken with the homeowner on May 22, and made an agreement to come back with in a week time period I will be replace the step in question to her satisfaction.

The only option on the site was to select whether or not I accepted their response. Their response was difficult to make sense of and was filled with false statements, however as long as they are agreeing to not contact me again, I am OK with the outcome of this filed complaint.   To be clear - I did not have a good experience with this group and would not recommend them to anyone.

Review: I had 2 new concrete steps and a sidewalk put in, steps and sidewalk in the front of the house and steps on the side of the house. The front steps were good and the sidewalk was good but the steps on the side of the house were wrong. The step on one side was and an inch shorter then the other side and does not look right. They also left a mess of concrete and tore up my lawn with their concrete truck and destroyed my flowers on the side of the house which I told him to be careful with. He did not warn me of the vibration that would occur from taking out the old concrete steps which objects from my fireplace mantle fell off and one glass hurricane lamp was shattered! He tried to make excuses for why it was done that way. Also, the trim around the front door was messed up and was not replaced. Before the work was done, the Contractor said I would never know they were there. I agreed to them cutting out a piece of my carport that goes across the front of the steps because they would have to do the job over again. Also, he charged me extra for material that was replaced underneath both doors. I would like the steps redone or I would like to be reimbursed for part of the payment.Desired Settlement: Would like the steps redone or I would like a refund on the side steps.
