The customer in question, [redacted] , came in to purchase a car by obtaining financing for her vehicle She signed a credit application with information that she provided which in turn we sent to the bank We needed to collect items from her such as, proof of income, proof of residence, proof of phone, as well as insurance We let her take the car with the understanding she would bring these items back While doing our verifications we found out that she quit the job she told us she had, which obviously wouldn’t allow her to finance a vehicle without a source of income From the day she took the car it was days before we got it back In that time we reached out to her by both phone calls and text messages, more often than not she wouldn’t return our messages or calls She also severely damaged the vehicle(we have pictures and text messages) that led to a $repair to get it back to the way she took it a typical rental fee of $per day for the type of car she was driving totaled to $while she was in possession and none responsive We still need to collect the remaining balance of the rental fee as well as the damage to the vehicle on top of the down payment she provided the day she picked it up We are in the process of working with our attorney to draft up a certified letter to her with the intention of collecting the remaining balance she owes our company

residence, proof of phone, as well as insurance.  We let her take the car with the understanding she would bring these items back.  While doing our verifications we found out that she quit the job she told us she had, which obviously wouldn’t allow her to finance a vehicle without a source of income.  From the day she took the car it was 54 days before we got it back.  In that time we reached out to her by both phone calls and text messages, more often than not she wouldn’t return our messages or calls.  She also severely damaged the vehicle(we have pictures and text messages) that led to a $1300 repair to get it back to the way she took it.  a typical rental fee of $35 per day for the type of car she was driving totaled to $1890 while she was in possession and none responsive.  We still need to collect the remaining balance of the rental fee as well as the damage to the vehicle on top of the down payment she provided the day she picked it up.  We are in the process of working with our attorney to draft up a certified letter to her with the intention of collecting the remaining balance she owes our company.
