My name is *** ***, I am one of the managers at Michaud Mitsubishi in DanversI am responding to a complaint filed with Revdex.com by *** * *** (complaint # ***) in regards to an extended warranty that was purchased at time of purchase when he bought his vehicle from Michaud Mitsubishi
*** has since requested he no longer wants the warranty coverage on the vehicleI can not answer as to whom *** spoke with or why the warranty had not been canceled soonerHowever I have spoken to our office and have been told that *** has in fact come in and signed the request for cancellationThat request has been sent into the warranty company for processingThe warranty company will now process the cancellation and send the refund check to Michaud MitsubishiOnce Michaud Mitsubishi receives the refund check, we will in turn send a check to the Bank that *** is financed throughThe check must go to the lien holder as the cost of warranty was financed with the vehicleIf you have any questions please feel free to contact me directly. We have spoken with customer on a few occasions. We did appoligized to the customer for the error on the website. However did explain that there is a liability disclaimer on our website for the possibility of inaccurate information. We did make a diligent effort to try and locate an ac install...

kit for this vehicle but were unable to get one. The vehicle was sold by dealer knowing it had no ac and was priced accordingly.
