First of all, the car was taken there due to the fact it was not getting out of gearThey said it was the transmissionAllegedly replaced that transmissionBeing they had it there on their premises for close to a yearThey took it on numerous test drives which they stated was still slipping gearsThey had the car towed home almost a year later stating the brake lines were brokeHow did they test drive it all these time with if the brake lines were broke? Also they never made mention to this until the time of deliverySecondly, the car still does not come out of gear and still stallsIt was NOT fixedAnd that is the most major concernOver $+ was given to them to fix the car and it is NOT fixedAnd they will not increase the warrantyI would not trust them to fix this car againAnd we want full money backNow I have a car I can't drive and paid a high amount of money for to have it delivered back in the same broken condition

partThe customer thought we were delaying them at first, but once we showed them the wire harness that was melted that we needed, they realized how hard it was to findThen they found it at a junkyardThe one they brought us was the wrong one and we had to modify it to make it workThe customer was advised this vehicle is an antique and parts are more scarce since we cannot get them from the dealer because they are discontinuedWe have tried everything to satisfy the customer, this van has lots of wiring issues and all the linkages are all frozen and rustedCustomer was advised if they are going to keep this vehicle for a long time they need to change the entire wire harness for the vehicle, and all the linkagesAdvised customer that this vehicle needs to be restored or this vehicle will continue to have wiring problems

After giving us the damaged part off the van, it took us approximately three weeks to find the replacement, not several monthsWe found the exact same part off of the same vehicle that we found at a junkyard, and even so, if it was incorrect we were never notified that was the caseWe brought the van in to have the transmission fixed, so frozen rusty linkages would have never been frozen or rusty if the van would have been tended to in a timely manner, seeing that we first took it to I-on June 15, It is impossible for anything to freeze on a vehicle in the summer, and there was no rust problem when we first brought the van inWiring issues were not even brought to our attention until AFTER their first failed attempted to repair the transmission, on June 24, And aside from the broken transmission or these 'wiring problems,' my air breezer, cup holders, and latch/rod off the hood have nothing to do with these issues, so why are they missing off my vehicle? Regardless of what is now damaged on my van, not only have I paid for a transmission to be fixed that isn't, but they also still have possession of my vanWhen I call to see about getting the van returned, they give me the run-round and say they'll call me back, but never do

I currently dont have a working phone to call. After driving an hour to go get the right tranny that was pulled from my car I still dont have alot of it. No flywheel, no torque converter, no clutch plates, no pump, no filter, all I had was the tranny case and valve body. That being said it makes it hard to use it as a core when I got no core. I was told I was given back every single part. Apparently not. However I would be satisfied if you guys would refund the tow fee since I had to drive an hour there and an hour back over the shops mistake. You guys have my address, mail me a check to [redacted] at the address you have when you towed the car. If I recieve a refund by mail I will remove the review that I put on here. Thank you.

that the transmission was good. Advised customer after tear down that the transmission needed more than just a case replacement. Regular price for transmission replacement was $2496.52. Customer declined and stated he had only XXXX-XXXX dollars to work with. We reduced the cost to $1599.99. We advised customer that the vehicle could have more problems and that's why the case broke. Vehicle has 246,000 miles on it. We replaced the transmission a second time at no charge and sent his drive shaft out to get balanced and repaired, which is what caused the transmission case to break. Customer paid $300 for the drive shaft repair and picked up the vehicle. Customer stated that they are satisfied.

The brake lines on the vehicle were all rusted. We are not responsible for the brake lines. We told the customer and showed them the brake lines, we also took pictures of the rusty brake lines. We did not have anything to do with the brake line breaking.
