I Reject Business Response:Our yard has NOT been dryer than everThe place he took the picture of has NEVER been we to begin withIt is just as wet if not more so now with his messIn response to the Revdex.com's email we went to the townThey came to our house the next dayThe town supervisor did not even know our yard was going to be worked onJust his and his neighborsThe tube was supposed to be as close to the road as possible (WITHIN ft)One of the town employees that was here back in June, was here with the town supervisor and confirmed everything we told him about the areaThere was NO stone under or over the pipe ( like was supposed to be), there was no slope to the road, and the pipe was visible crushed and full of dirtit was not unclogged or straightenedWhen he did show up to put down dirt, straw and seed, he was only here for mins maxThe crushed pipe is still in our yardOf course we want our money back because there job is done no where near what is was supposed to be let alone done wellAs for the kids playing in the yard, yes they play in the front yardThey can not play in half the back yard and along the north side of our house near the gateAs for the crushed stone pad for the camper, that was HIS idea to help store our camperIt has NO effect on the drainage from the back yardThe neighbor on our left did write a letter ( attached ) and confirmed what we are sayingDave was told from the beginning that he was NOT allowed on his propertyIf a picture of my children are submitted we will press chargesAlso the section closest to the road was filled in and packed by my wifeWe also have witnesses to that as wellThey have just not gotten their letters in to us yet [redacted] ***U.SArmy Retired Army Wounded Warrior

Good Afternoon,I recently put drainage in multiple backyards in clay down my street where I reside. We did thejob during rain this season. In some areas in ***'s yard it was incredibly muddy which made it moredifficult for the job but during the muddy mess we did finish the drainage. I did fix the... pipe and unclog itand straighten it out. The reason I know this is because it's a lot dryer over there. From what it wasbefore I did the drainage, you can tell a difference when it rains. I was informed from the town of Clay ifI did the job to stop before 8 feet of end of road. but I did stretch it out and put it back in groundbecause it didn't need to be replaced like the homeowners wanted. The Town of Clay informed that thedrain needs to be able to flow. I did fix the yard by seeding it and I installed straw and final graded andremoved all huge rocks that was from the job. The reason his lawn is patchy is probably because theseed has washed I was only hired to install one ***e seeding. I am also not refusing to give their moneyback as I gave them some money back and they still request more. This complaint from this letterexplains that I didn't install pipe if you want I can go over there and take pictures. (hopefully they didn'ttake it out just to receive money) I don't believe they deserve their money back because the job is doneand is done the way they wanted it. They live down the street from me and there is conflict other thanthis situation so I believe they are trying to retaliate this way. I see their kids in the yard every dayplaying, so I am not sure what space they can't utilize. The home owner installed a crush stone drivewaynext to the pipe for their camper to sit that doesn't help the drainage because new topsoil is soft. Thatpossibly could be the lumpiness he may be talking about. I will send pictures of them playing and somepictures of the grass grown. ***'s neighbor on his left side told me I did a great job I have been trying toreach him to see if he is willing to write a letter in my behalf of me completing the job that I was hire todo.
