the customer needs to sign is the buyer’s guide, which was signed by Mr
***Once the vehicle is sold, the sale is finalAny cancelled sales or
vehicle repairs after a sale is finalized are done at the Sales Manager’s
discretion
Upon making his first payment with our finance department he
didn’t mention any issues with the vehicleOn or around the date of November
4, 2015, Mr*** spoken with his sales person and the sales manager in
reference to the air conditioning issue of the vehicleHe was informed that he
had the vehicle for already about a month and that the vehicle was sold
without any warrantyHe was informed there was nothing the company could do in
reference to the repair
