Michelle Quality Cleaners

Review: I took several items to the cleaners. One item had vomit on it. I said to remove the "throw up" from my wifes 90 dollar [redacted] black pants that she wears once a week (minimum). The woman behind the counter misunderstood "throw up" for "throw out" and threw out the pants.Desired Settlement: They offered a 10 dollar store credit, then they offered a 40 dollar store credit. It was clearly their mistake. My wife went out the very next day to [redacted] and spent 98 dollars on a pair of very similar black pants. My wife wanted cash to replace the pants and the owner [redacted] refused. My family had been going to that Michelle cleaners for over 20 years. Now, the relationship is totally ruined because of a pair of black pants that they wouldn't give us the cash to replace. We have literally spent thousands of dollars in Michelle Cleaners but they will never see another penny.

I disputed the $40 charge on my credit card and besides that there is really nothing to do besides never step foot in their cleaners ever again.
