Michelle was pleasant and quick to respond before she had my money. Ever since she got it, she has not responded to calls or emails. Over a year later, I am still waiting for my photo book that I paid almost $1k for. Please, for your own sake, take your business elsewhere.

Review: - We had a wedding in July 2015.

- Prior to the wedding and the day of, [redacted] was very responsive and offered us many deals, including discounts and the promise of an album to get her service.

- Immediately after the wedding, [redacted] was very unresponsive.

The below has taken place over the span of 5 months:

- We tried calling, texting, emailing, and [redacted] messaging her on many occasions just to get an idea of when we would receive the pictures.

- She eventually committed herself to a date (not set by us) and proceeded to not meet her own deadline without notice.

- After numerous attempts to get another response, she did eventually upload pictures 3 weeks after.

- Many pictures were provided; however, the quality of the pictures were not the best. Please keep in mind, this is subject to our opinion, but we felt some of the pictures were blurry, taken at bad angles (e.g., first dance pictures were taken from behind us), or missed significant moments during a wedding (e.g., the first look pictures did not capture the grooms reaction), etc.

- In addition, we noticed several moments/events were not uploaded to the site (e.g., groom's getting ready shots, groom's pictures with individual groomsmen, etc.).

- We informed her of the above and she said she noticed some of the pictures were missing as well and would make the additions over the weekend. The additions were never made despite our many attempts to contact her again.

- In addition, we asked for the color copies of many of the black and white pictures. This was also never provided.

- We filed a complaint with our credit card company as well for not receiving the complete service.

- The site she used to provide our pictures is now password restricted and we no longer have access.

During this time, we were made aware of two other couples that had similar issues with [redacted]. At this point, we are not expecting to receive the missing pictures or the album.Desired Settlement: Ideally, we would want the service provider to finish the job. However, this is a service that requires meticulous attention to detail and would require coordination with us to complete (e.g., the photo album). Due to the lack of responsiveness/communication from [redacted]'s part, we are not confident that we would receive a completed product.

[redacted] did provide some of the pictures, although with issues as noted above. For a reasonable outcome to this issue, we would like to receive half of our payment back. We paid 2275.79 + her travel fee of 88.20.

Review: I hired [redacted] in April for a June 6, 2015 wedding. In addition to the basic fee that was charged, I paid $300 for an additional photographer (which did not show at the wedding), $225 for a memory book (which had not been done so I asked for a refund which myself and [redacted] both agreed to) and $103.80 for travel fee. After MANY emails, text messages, phone calls, and Facebook messages, I finally received all my photos online in October (4 months later which she said turn around would be about 1 month). I constantly asked for the reimbursement for the $300 additional photographer fee and $225 for the memory book I paid for but never received. She finally sent $300 on November 4, 2015. After constant emails and messages (which she has gotten very good at this point with not answering), she did finally agree to refund the $225 to me no later than November 27, 2015. I of course still haven't received the money (today is November 30, 2015) and have called, left messages, emailed and received no responses.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $225 which is owed to me as soon as possible so I no longer have to have anymore communication with this business owner.
