Review: I received a partial [redacted] (flipper) that broke 2x within a 2 month period and she refuses to fix it or replace it. My insurance will not pay for another one. She was paid by my insurance for all the procedures and the [redacted]. She also refuses to release copies of my (medical)appointment and procedure records to meDesired Settlement: She needs to repair or replace the broken [redacted] (flipper).

His adaptation to his new [redacted] was fast and unremarkable. The patient broke metal base of the cast partial [redacted] and requested a repair. The [redacted] was repaired free of charge and delivered to the patient. An alternative treatment plan was recommended. The patient refused treatment and chose not to comply with suggested treatment plan. Copies of the [redacted] were delivered to the patient. At present patient wears the same [redacted].
