Ms.*** called our office for an estimate, she got oneWe scheduled her for window cleaning, it rained, we rescheduled her, it rained again, we had a very wet spring and summer, in the mean time we are a person office and one of our office workers had become ill and was out of the office
for several weeksBecause of all of the rescheduling of the work I was unaware that her job had not been doneWe sent out bills for all the open invoices and Ms*** called and said she found someone else so our service would not be neededI apologized and said I would remove her invoice from the system With being understaffed at that time it was an oversight that I did not remove her from our computer systemIn August our staff member was able to return to workWe sent out open invoices again and Ms *** called me, yelling at me that she should not have gotten a bill that we did no work for her, she said you told me last time you were removing meI tried to apologize to her and explain that she was right I was supposed to remove her from the computer, I had a lot going on and that it was an oversight on my partI hung up on her for I could not take her yelling at me and telling me how incompetent we were, when I tried to explain that it was an honest mistake due to our office being understaffed ***, no mattered what I said to this lady, she could have cared lessIt was just a bill, it was very correctable, and it normally does not happenThe moment that I got off the phone with Mrs*** I removed her invoice from the computer data base If you have any questions, please contact me. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I don't know who Karen was scheduling and rescheduling these window cleanings with, but it wasn't me. As far as me calling after the first bill was sent- I never received a first bill, only an over due bill telling me to pay that day, which was ironic since I had waited 6 weeks to hear from them before calling and cancelling their service. As for " nothing pleasing this lady" all I wanted was the service they advertised and if they were unable to deliver the service due to illness, weather or any other reason, the responsible thing to do would be to notify the customer in a timely fashion.  No further response is requested.
