I didn't pay for a bounded title I paid for a clean title with a bounded title the car isn't even worth $

He sold a car with a defective motor and he advertised that the motor was in good condition

We communicated with the customer and we offered to our office and we suggested on the phone the possibility to give to the customer another carAnd the customer never how up. If the customer cannot come to the business place we don't know how we help

And the seller told me that the title was still at the auctionAnd normally dealers have to wait up to days to have the titleAnd then they can return the car or bond the titleThe seller provided the receipt from the auctionAnd unfortunately the auction stated to have been unable to find the said titleTo solve the issue, I bought the bond through the title service who stated that the title has the lien and had to be released by the original sellerIn this case we have to go back the auction to contact the ownerSo he can release at least the lienAnd we still waiting his feedHere is the phone number of the title service (*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** and here is attached the receipt from the auction provided by my seller *** I offered to the customer to refund the amount paid but he want more than thatAnd I am unable to paid the requested amount. So if the buyer can allow little bit more time we will fix the problem before two weeks from nowUnless he wants the refund of the paid amountTks

We received a call from the customer regarding the 2008 [redacted] a day after she puchased the vehicule. And she wanted us to send a mecanic to check the car. Her address was far. And said she have a certified mecanic who can check the car. Later on the customes said the mecanic said the car need a new...

fuel pump. And she said she want us to paid for the fuel pump. We give her a sum of $285 as she requested. Now she is saying she want the money back. At today we cannot refund the money. We don't what her mechanic did on the car. We are not responsible for that. We sold and agreed. The car was sold as is. As with no warranty

He tried to put me in an unsafe vehicle which was a 2001 [redacted] and considered that an even trade. There's nothing fair about this situation. I bought the car on September 7th. It has not been drivable since. The car he tried to replace it with was unsafe.
