I own a condo that yorkwest manages I have been treated so poorly by the staff ; hung up on , unnotified of money being taken from my account document that I've sent have been misplaced Also when I ask for information regarding responsibilities that York west governs they do not reply with the correct informationOr Reply at allI will be fileling a reportI am also at this time looking at a lawyerNo one deserves to be treated the way I've been treated
If I had the option to change them I would do it right away, however I would just like to share this to people who can save themselves from this company
They are very unprofessional they made so many mistakes with my condo fees collectionThan when they realized that payments are due they started sending me notices to pay in days or they will start legal proceedings
When I went to make a payment and told them about there mistakes, asked then to be more reasonable and not threatening people with legal proceedings they said they are not here to baby sit me and I should make sure all the payments are debited from my account
The lady at the reception was very rudeStay away from this company
I contacted Magnum York Property Management to ask for more choices in payment method.
they only offer to pay condo fees by
-check
-money order
-pre authorize payment or
-with a debit card at their office which is only open during regular business hour. (I work during that time normally)
Who uses cheques anymore ?
I prefer to pay instantly with the click of a button, that's what I like.
And why would I expose my self to a double fee of 40 $ in NSF when I don't have too ? Why would I do that, how does that help me ?
