Very poor customer service by owner (?) BrianI made an appt for him to estimate a fence at my houseHe didn't show up and after I called their office he called to apologize, claiming they were backed up with a big job in Indiana and hadn't been doing a good job with customer communicationWe rescheduled for the next weekminutes before the appt Brian called to say they weren't taking on any new projects since they were so busyWhen I told him that would have been fine if he had told me that to begin with instead of making me waste two days waiting at my house for him to come, he said he was focusing on his customers who had "put down money" on projectsApparently he didn't like hearing that my time had value and that I was irritated to wait at home twice for him and to be strung along for two weeks, because he hung up on me! Don't bother - there are too many other businesses out there who do respect other people's time
