I had the worst possible experience with this business. I consistently received payments late. For example, once rent was collected from tenants by the business, it would take 6 weeks or more for those funds to be deposited to me. The contract I signed with the business stated it would take, at most, 3 weeks for funds to be deposited after collection. I never received payments within this time period from the business. I never received a payment from the business without having to ask multiple times for payment to be made.

The business failed in virtually all aspects of customer service. A majority of my phone calls, emails, text messages were not responded to, the business simply ignored my questions and concerns. I was never sent a statement from the business, documenting, payments, expenses, etc. When I asked the business to work together on a regular payment schedule, or asked when I would receive funds the business had already collected on by behalf, I was lied to or given excuses as to why payment could not be made to me. My business contact was either "out of town", "too busy", or cited a number of personal reasons why timely payments could not be made. In some cases, I was told payment would be made to me by a specified date, the business would not follow through, and would not provide me a reason why they could not follow through on their commitment, or provide a date they would.

In addition, in speaking with tenants, I learned the business collected more money from the tenants for the security deposit than was agreed upon. The business collected $200 more than they should have from the tenants. The amount that should have been collected was documented by me in emails, text messages, and verbally agreed upon between the business and I. The lease signed by the tenants reflected a security amount $200 more than the agreed upon amount. The business kept this extra money, which belongs to the tenants. When I confronted the business about this, they ignored me until I submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com. After I submitted the complaint, the business responded, acknowledging they did indeed collect more money than they should have, but to this date the business has not returned the money owed back to the tenants.

Some of this information is available via public record. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way the individual running this business is not trustworthy. He is not fit to work in the property management industry. The owner claims to have over 30 years of experience in the industry. It seems like he has used his experience to find ways to take advantage of his customers, and in my experience, lie and steal from them.
