I requested a quote for bat removalThe quote had line items as follows: Bat Exclusion: One-Way Bat Doors $ Wildlife Prevention: Roof Repairs: Entry Points (Eaves) 1/inch Opening $ Wildlife Prevention: Roof Repairs: Vents: Ridge Guard $ when I elected to move forward with line items & they doubled the price with no logical explanationThe 3rd line item of the quote was not linked to the other items and was repaired by my roofer since the roof was still under warranty

Had Michigan Bat Control out to our home to give us a quoteThey were cheaper than the other estimates and came with a five year warranty

I have never published a review online, but the incompetence and lack of customer service compelled me to First, we called them in April to come and look at our bat problem Came out on time, gave us a quote for $1280, agreed and paid half He came back to do the work, stayed and quit working because of 'to many bee's", told me to get it sprayed, which I did for additional $ Waited, never called or returned to finish the job So I called them, came out worked about a hour Was told he would be back in a few weeks to remove the bat doors, paid him the rest and he left Well three months later with more bats then ever I called them and told them to come and finish the job and do not send that rude kid back to do it Well I believe the owner came out a few weeks later and put new doors in and said he would be back to remove the doors, now it's November and no word, just received a bill for the remaining $that we already paid We have more bats then ever

I do not recommend this companyThe Technician was not confident that I had a bat problem and did a horrible job at closing up the openings in my roof line There was and still is caulk all over and when he was asked to remove the large globs of caulk, it took service calls to get him back out and then he scratched the paint off my siding and flashing

Called the company to check my attic for animals Heard a boom and found a big hole in my bedroom ceiling the size of a boot (pictures available) Company employee stated I have a lb raccoon in my attic Visited by another wildlife removal company within hour who stated (1) I don't have a raccoon and (2) I have never had a raccoon Called in an independent property restoration firm later that confirmed the same results That I have no raccoon nor have I ever had a raccoon Firmly believe that the employee accidentally stepped through my ceiling drywall Have tried times to have the company arrange to repair my ceiling but they refuseAll companies cannot find an entry point for a raccoon, which is absolutely vital because they have to feed Am told that the entry point would have to be the size of a volleyball I just want my house back in the same condition it was before Michigan Bat Control showed up

Had this company out to my home for a bat issue in the atticWe had other companies out that gave us ridiculous quotesThey were very fair and explained everything line by lineThey also gave us a five year warranty

Provided bat removal service at my Fenton homeTook them a couple of trys to remove the bats, but the honored their warranty
