I received Poor customer service and poor business transaction A salesman/one of the owner by the name (**[redacted] ) from [redacted] He and I along with Michigan Electro Freeze had a purchase agreement that they would provide me with two used CSElectro freeze soft serve machine also a [redacted] for my ice cream truck business all which to be delivered and install Friday 4/21/@ a.mthe day of my Ice cream truck inspection scheduled 12:by the Wayne County Health Department environmental [redacted] and his technican/another owner (***) and I had a few choice of word (disagreement) on how the install should goHowever, finally we agreed on the installation process and needed a few extras tool which I agreed to go get form my local hardware store minutes awayUpon leaving my premises my wife called me a few minutes later to inform me that both [redacted] and [redacted] left Without completion of the installationAnd took one CSsoft serve machine
