The reason for the late response, was due to the high volume of walk ins that we had that certain date, unfortunately I was not able to get you as fast as I would have likedI personally contacted [redacted] first thing the following business day We do not offer free in home estimated to everyone in Houston only withe loop due to the high volume of customers that wish to have free in home estimates, that is why we have a centralized location based on pour market and what "part of town" our clients reside The (*) next to the specials is for customers to call and inquire about the add Based on where you are located at will deter main the fee, if a contract is singed within business days from the event we credit the account in fullAll colors must be seen at our showroom Main reason why ALL clients come to our location is to see a full sized 9xsample piece Thank you, Hector S [redacted]

Hector responded when three email confirmation came in after being given my phone number and info 24 hours prior to my complaint. He was a bit rude and pompous in our conversation, even going so far as to talk over me. I explained that his website clearly stated "free in home estimates" under their special tab. Regardless of their company's normal policy, this was repeated several times under the specials. When I told him this, his explanation was, "we can't give free in home estimates to everyone in Houston."I responded to him by saying it still says you do and that is an advertising violation. Have not received any cancelation we are not billing this client anything and they have gotten there deposit amount back at 100% despite the contract states a 25% cancelation fee. Also the cancelation letter was never received and we will like a tracking number stating other wise.

We do not offer free in home estimated to everyone in Houston only with-in the loop due to the high volume of customers that wish to have free in home estimates, that is why we have a centralized location based on pour market and what "part of town" our clients reside.
The (*) next to the specials is for customers to call and inquire about the add.
