My employees tell them the numerous times he called they told him the exact thing. It was a mistake and we are taking care of it. Well apparently he is constantly being taken advantage of from other businesses because he proceeded to call our Dallas location and speak with them a couple of times to voice his distress. Now I get a letter from you accusing my store of deception. If he was so wronged why did he send in his other two wheels to get refinished as well. Both of his other wheels are on their way back to him

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I apologize for my complaint to the Revdex.com but when a customer is sending an item like a wheel for refinishing so far away and 2 replica wheels show up on these 2 occasions that 
a person would get very concerned when I email and call and get the responses I received. I thank the staff at Wheels America for their excellent quality of work but you need to brush up on your communication skills.Please send tracking numbers of the 2  wheels you returned to me as you noted above.I don't expect you to work for free please invoice by email. I will call back with cc info. Call for tags will be required for the return of the 2 Replica Wheels. I don't mind incurring a fee for a clean up on the 2 Replica Wheels you sent me that I did use during this time.
