Millennium Financial Group (LLC) has reviewed this complaint and offers the following response. We have reviewed all notes on this account and found no requests for validation or disputes from the consumer prior to our conversation on April 11, 2018. This complaint is the first written
communication we have received from this consumer. After this conversation on April 11, 2018, the account was placed on hold and documentation was ordered from the original creditor. MFG will gladly forward all documentation received and will remove this account from the credit bureaus if original creditor is not able to validate the account with documentation. The account has already been flagged with the credit bureaus as disputed. The consumer was receiving "forward progress" by simply asking MFG for documentation on the account for the first time which was done on April 11, 2018. I am rejecting this response because:Immediately after being served divorce papers in 2012, I provided an official copy of these by mail to the listed address of All-American Fitness' financial business office. The claim from the other party that I have not attempted communication with them to resolve this is not accurate. In addition, I have conversed multiple times with their agents regarding this issue since and I'm a little dubious as to why they feel the need to leave that detail out of their response.I cannot 'accept' their response and move forward if they're going to be plainly operating in bad faith

the consumer's request. MFG has requested the signed application and itemized statement from the original creditor and will forward to the consumer once received. Millennium Financial Group (MFG) has reviewed this complaint and offers the following response. MFG has made several attempts to reach this consumer by phone and mail since 2013. The account has since fallen off the credit bureaus and will not be resubmitted to any credit
bureau. MFG does not understand why this consumer states we are "trying to place it back to the credit bureaus". MFG has no desire to resubmit this account back to the credit bureaus and the credit bureaus would not allow the account to be reported again.The most recent letter sent to this consumer even states "The law limits how long you can be sued on a debtBecause of the age of your debt Millennium Financial Group, LLC will not sue you for it and Millennium Financial Group, LLC will not report it to any credit reporting agency." Since the consumer states "no further contact by the business", MFG is treating this as a written cease and desist and has closed the file and will not further contact the consumer. Millennium Financial Group (MFG)has reviewed this response rejection and offers the following response. Consumer could very well have sent divorce papers to the original creditor, but the original creditor still considered this to be a valid debt and sent the account to MFG. We are asking the consumer to please describe how the divorce papers would have affected a signed individual contract. We are not aware of divorce paperwork alone revoking a signed financial agreement and would like to understand how this would work.In response to consumer's second point regarding attempted communication, MFG did not state that consumer has "not attempted communication". We stated "We have reviewed all notes on this account and found no requests for validation or disputes from the consumer prior to our conversation on April 11, 2018. This complaint is the first written communication we have received from this consumer." Per MFG policy, a consumer just needs to request validation and MFG will request the documentation from the original creditor. Please provide dates of any previous written communication being sent requesting validation of the account and we will search our files once again and respond.This account has been submitted to the credit bureaus as disputed. MFG has requested validation documentation from the original creditor and will forward to consumer once received. Millennium Financial Group (MFG) has reviewed this complaint and offers the following response. Multiple letters have previously been sent to the consumer including the initial validation notice along with notification of credit bureau...

reporting. Letters were sent in January 2015, December 2015 and January 2016. This is the first request for validation received from this consumer. No laws have been broken.
A representative of MFG also spoke with this consumer in December 2015. During this conversation, the consumer gave the address listed on this complaint and stated an interest in resolving this account in January 2016. Another letter was then sent to this new address.
Since the consumer has stated our letters were not received, MFG is sending another letter and updating the credit bureaus as a disputed item. MFG is also ordering full documentation requested by consumer and will forward to consumer when received. We sincerely believe these actions meet the consumer's desired resolution.
