Service's response. The owner was very professional & prompt when they were made aware of our service problem. They apologized and provided us a refund for the full amount. We are disappointed that Revdex.com was unable to remove our complaint as requested. 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.
