We are visiting the ***y in our *** motorhomeWe have a basement AC/ heatpump unit that was not working properlyWe searched the web looking for a local onsite service that would come to our locationNo luck finding anyone....We called Michigan Refrigeration and Mechanical and spoke to Jim R***He was very upfront with us that he doesn't usually get a call to work on a motorhome like oursHe said he would be happy to come out and take a look and give it a try since our unit is much more like a house system than an RV He and another worker, Kevin came out to our location found our problem, searched for the parts we needed which weren't readily available and then repaired our unit getting us some much needed relief during this hot summer of 2016! They were on time, texted us when they were on the way, they went above and beyond to get us squared awayThey were knowledgeable and friendly and we would call them again in a heartbeat! The charge was nominal considering the length they went toHunting for a part, getting us worked in to an already packed schedule during this hot summer and Kevin nearly had to stand on his head to get to one of the condensers to clean the dust and pet hair from a location I didn't even know existed! Awesome job guys....we thank you so much!!
