I had this business, Michiga Roads LLC, to resurface my company, Anjun America inc,’s parking lot area with asphalt in August, 2016. However, the asphalt started cracking severely since last November which is only 3 months after the parking lot was covered. There is 1 year full guarantee on the contract that is currently effective. I strongly believe that these cracks are mainly from their poor performance. I have asked them to repair all the crack spots, but it is not even possible to get ahold of them. Anjun America has been trying really hard to contact them so we barely had one chance, but ever since then, they have not been available again.
This is to notify that the complaint with the subject ID has been resolved by the business and now is closed.
Last Saturday, the business completed their obligation for my complaint with satisfactory after numerous times of contacts.
They came to my company with an outsourcing company and repaired the parking lot. The work done is a quite satisfactory.
You can now close this complaint with status of completion. Please let me know if there is anything I need to do for this complaint.
