The business owner called and said he offered the consumer a refund of $190, which she accepted.

I spoke with the business owner today, 6/08/2016.  He said he had mailed the first check but for some reason it did not arrive at the [redacted] home.  He then stopped by the home yesterday and gave them another check for half of what he charged for his service  The business owner said Mr. [redacted] accepted the 50% refund to resolve the matter.

Which I think is unacceptable, it does not take 2 weeks to send a check in the mail, and also we have contacted them since this resolution and they told us the check is in the mail. I would like get our refund and since we had to wait this long we need to get a full refund of $385, if it's not received in the next day or so..
