I have reviewed Ms [redacted] complaint and am in complete disagreement with her version of the facts.? Ms [redacted] has been consistently late with rent, has refused to pay her late fees, harassed other tenants and most recently left the apartment in disarray.? My contractors did not break the window, Ms [redacted] did and someone stole the fuse block from Ms [redacted] fuse panel.? I then had a maintenance man assess the situation, look for the fuse block but to no avail.? I then went and looked myself, took photos and started calling around to local electricians to see if they had one to replace what was missing to no avail? I then started researching ebay and amazon to find one.? I then ordered and replaced it? It was very difficult to get prompt responses from Ms [redacted] in our efforts to remedy the problem? Ms [redacted] then did not pay rent on time and subsequently was removed form the property by legal process? Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me? ***?
